Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of payment (not the registration date). All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Payment at the early bird rate must be received by Friday 5 July 2024; otherwise standard fees will apply.

When you register online, you will receive confirmation of your registration straight away via email including a tax invoice.

If you do not receive this confirmation email please first check your spam folder then contact the conference secretariat via qmihsc@expertevents.com.au.

Please note that registrations will not be finalised until payment in full is received.

  • Credit card payments—may be made by MasterCard, Visa and Amex. Payments will appear as Expert Events on your credit card statement.
  • EFT payments—banking details for direct deposit will be given on your tax invoice. Please send your remittance to qmihsc@expertevents.com.au.

Payment is due 14 days from the date of registration or prior to the commencement of the conference (whichever is first). If you are seeking the early registration rate, payment must be made prior to the early registration deadline.

Any request for a cancellation of a registration must be forwarded in writing to the conference organiser. A full refund applies to cancellations received prior to Friday 5 July 2024 excluding a cancellation fee of $110.00.  After this date no refunds will apply except under exceptional circumstances.

A registration may be transferred without penalty to another person within the same organisation, by advising the conference organiser in writing.
