Sponsor/exhibitor important information
Exhibition booths will be located in the Event Centre Marquee, where the welcome reception, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea breaks, and Tuesday happy hour will be hosted.

All exhibitors will have the opportunity to select their preferred booth location. No locations are guaranteed, and booths will be allocated based on the sponsorship package purchased/investment and then in order of receipt of when applications were received and paid.
The Event Centre Marquee will be open from 8.00 am on Monday, Tuesday and
Wednesday if you wish to make appointments to meet with delegates privately
before the start of the conference sessions.
You will have access to delegates throughout each day of the conference,
however specific times outside of the conference sessions will be as follows:

- An exhibitor manual containing information on bump in and bump out times, furniture and additional product hire will be distributed to exhibitors and sponsors approximately three months prior to the conference.
Payment and terms information
Full payment for sponsorship/exhibition packages is due within 30 days of the application being approved and invoice issued. Sponsorship and exhibition packages will be released for sale if payment is not received at the appropriate timing. Sponsor and exhibition arrangements will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment
- EFT – bank account details will be provided on your invoice. A remittance advice must be emailed to qmihsc@expertevents.com.au
- MasterCard or Visa – please note sponsorship payments via credit card will incur an additional 2% merchant fee.
Terms and conditions
- Expert Events and the QMIHS Conference Organising Committee reserve the right to amend the sponsorship program or tailor sponsorship packages to benefit the sponsor and/or the conference. Every effort will be made to maximise sponsor benefits as well as delegates’ experience.
- All sponsorship and exhibition bookings must be completed through the online application form and will be confirmed by the conference organising committee. Submitting an application does not secure your package. Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is preferred.
- All cancellations must be advised in writing directly to the Conference Secretariat. If you provide notice of cancellation to Expert Events before Friday 15 May 2026 you may be eligible for a refund. On or after Friday 15 May 2026, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
